Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Pack a Match app (the "App") provided by Mert BULUT, a sole proprietorship in Istanbul, Türkiye ("we"). By signing in you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must not have had an account closed by us for breaking our rules.
You may have only one account, and only for yourself.
You're responsible for keeping your account (your phone, your Google account) secure.

2. How it works

Each day you open a limited number of packs and can send a request to someone on the cards. You have one active match at a time; when it ends, you can open new packs. We may change daily limits for packs, requests and messages, and the features, over time. Compatibility scores are an automated estimate based on your tastes and preferences; we don't guarantee matches or that a relationship will work out.

3. Rules of conduct: zero tolerance

The following are never allowed on Pack a Match:

harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech or discrimination,
nudity, sexual content, violent or disturbing photos and messages,
any content or behaviour involving or sexually exploiting anyone under 18 (see our child safety standards),
fake profiles, or using someone else's photos or identity,
scams, asking for money or gifts, advertising, spam, or accounts meant to send people to other platforms,
prostitution, human trafficking or any illegal activity,
sharing other people's personal information without permission,
copying the App, using it with automated tools, or trying to get around its security.

If you come across objectionable content or a person, use Report or Block on their card or in the chat. We review reports, remove content that breaks the rules, and may suspend or permanently close accounts without notice. Where required, we notify the authorities.

4. Your content

You're responsible for the photos, text and messages you share and must have the right to share them. Your content stays yours. So that we can run the App (for example, show your card to other users), you give us a worldwide, free, non-transferable licence to store, display and technically adapt it while you use the service. The licence ends when you delete your account.

5. Meeting other users

We don't verify users' identity or background and aren't responsible for other users' conduct. If you decide to meet in person, meet somewhere public, tell someone where you're going, and be wary of anyone asking for money or personal details.

6. Paid features

We may offer paid memberships in future. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's payment, renewal and refund terms. Prices are shown before you buy.

7. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete my account (Profil → Hesabımı sil) (details). We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, and except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we aren't liable for indirect damage. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, or to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
