Delete your account

How to delete your Pack a Match account and data

In the app (quickest)

Open Pack a Match and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete my account (Hesabımı sil) at the bottom and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted right away.

If you can't use the app

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email info@packamatch.com with the subject "Account deletion request". Include the phone number or Google email you signed in with so we can find your account. We may ask a question to confirm it's you. We complete requests within 30 days, usually within a few days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in (phone number or Google account link)
Your profile, photos, interests, tastes and preferences
Your location
Your messages, requests sent and received, and packs
Your block list and notification tokens

If you have an active match, it ends and the other person is shown that it ended because the account was closed.

What is kept for a while

Reports made about you: up to 2 years, for other users' safety and possible legal claims.
Technical server logs: deleted automatically after about 30 days.
Data we must keep by law, for as long as the law requires.
